First couple of days in the dark

Day 2 on Blau Euq XF-A c14, 6796ly from Sol, en route to the Elysian Shore.
I decided to stick around for a couple days more after finding a Tritium hotspot. Not a great one but it will get the job of filling my deposit done. One interesting aspect of having delegations of Universal Cartographics and Vista Genomics on my fleet carrier is that I'm able to make more money while exploring than ever before. I'm not even 10,000ly away from Sol and I gathered north of 1 billion credits. The irony is that there was never a time I needed credits the least than I do now. Sure, there's the cost of maintaining the fleet carrier and paying the crew, but one week's worth of work pays for a couple of years of maintenance and salaries.
The only boring part is getting fuel! But that's why I have a couple of miner ships on board.
This is the Golden Shark. It is a Python setup as a laser mining vessel. I also have a Type-10 prepared the same way: the Golden Cow. The major difference is that the Python can mine 128t while the Type-10 can mine 256t. However, the Python is a lot less boring to deal with.
I will stick around for a couple more days and get fuel to the deposit and then sail away on my expedition to the Elysian Shore.
