Plague out of hand, I'm leaving.

Having returned from a long-distance mercenary trip claiming combat bonds news barely reached me that the plague in Federation space has recently spread to the Bast system. Unfortunately for me the Bast system is relatively close to Anlave system where I leave most of my ships with the Federation Navy. Having received by last 5mil credit check from working under Hudson; I have peacefully left his power and am free-man that fights for noone. I don't believe the plague will stay in Bast however and I suspect it is only a matter of time I fear till it reaches Anlave and the shipyards are closed for quarantine. I'll gather my fleet and flee to Imperial space, probably the Cemiess system far from the plague.
There is the added bonus of a civil war going on in the system so there is money to be made. It still baffles me however that while there is such a deadly plague rampant the systems refuse to payout more for medicine, if they were willing to pay more and increase their demand for it I would gladly help out the systems in need but not when there is no profit to be made.
