Halfway to Colonia

20 Aug 2020Space Boomer
I've made it out to the Pro Aim NC-D d12-1140 system, about 8000 LY from Colonia. So far so good. I found another ELW along the route. I started to send my carrier out and following it in my Anaconda. That way I get plenty of exploration data. Even without planet mapping, I've made close to 80,000,000 so far. It was a very good idea to install the cartographic service in my carrier.

There's something about the void that I dearly love. The star are becoming more and more numerous as I enter the clusters of the Scutum-Sagittarii Conflux. This is my third trip into the region, and although my progress is slower than the previous excursions, the inclusion of my carrier as a repair base gives me so much more confidence. The fuel situation at Colonia still looks dim, but I don't think that I'll have to take on that much. My plans are to push on past Colonia to anchor the carrier, and then continue my way on to Beagle Point in my Anaconda. It's about time I went there. There are a number of carriers dotted along the way now.
