Colonia - Third Time's a Charm

24 Aug 2020Space Boomer
My fleet carrier pulled into Colonia two days ago.  I pushed the last 4000 miles to try and catch up to a fuel carrier that had a hold full of tritium, and I just made it.  I took most of his supply to top off my tanks to 21,000 again.  It was outrageously expensive, but I've been saving up for this trip for a year, so I was ready.  It took me 5000 tons to make it from the bubble.  I plan on using at least that much to push on from Colonia and ultimately anchor my carrier.  I will have plenty of fuel to make it back.

Before I leave I plan on taking some missions.  I've taken down five pirates, and I mined a local tritium double hotspot.  The mining was much better than my earlier attempt, but the area was swimming with pirates.  I guess the security is a bit diluted out here on the frontier.

This is my third visit to Colonia.  I like the nebula as a background, the stars are much more dense, and Jaques is a hoot.  But the whole place feels a bit unhinged.  I'm not sure that it's the safest place.  I feel that I'm being watched wherever I go.
