Just as we completed out first Carrier jump to a system after numerous solar cycles in drydock, our boys down in Astro-cartography received news over a secure Pilots Federation channel today regarding the Anomaly - or, as many of us, as well as myself, has taken to calling it: The Stargoid.
It's currently located in the Oochorrs JE-C C15-0 reachable while heading to HD 38291 and while it has dramatically reduced in brightness it is still visible from approx out to 1 ly away. This updated progress report comes in hourly, regardless of update or not. it is projected that they have entered a previously unknown state of a quickly deescalating speed, indicating they have neared their final distention, possibly within a hundred light years or less. Somewhere in Bernard's loop appears to be the final destination.
Despite this very troubling news, we have discovered something far, far worse - another anomaly.
But this is just the first of many being discovered. Reports from Slegi GS-X b45-278528 also seem to indicate another similar Rouge Signal Source.
We have no way to know what exactly it is - bit it has begun.
The report reads: { "timestamp":"2022-09-09T19:52:49Z", "event":"SupercruiseExit", "Taxi":false, "Multicrew":false, "StarSystem":"Slegi GS-X b45-0", "SystemAddress":643840352649, "Body":"", "BodyID":17, "BodyType":"HyperbolicOrbiter" }
