Day 5: The results are due. All of Alchemy Den holds their breath while waiting for the nation's decision. Will they follow us into 70V, or will they select another place. Al-tho we try to nudge the people's opinion to our own point of view, we are still a democratic in nature. We can't force them, the choice is theirs.

The time has finally come, the decision has been taken. Alchemy Den has expanded into another system.
The news were confirmed by one of our best pilots - CMDR DarkAngel2096.
We have failed... The people have chosen "Coelrind", a system just over 20ly from home. What a crush that was. All that effort... for nothing.
Victory once more has slipped between our fingers. Someone even joked that we may take all other systems but the cursed 70V will always be out of reach.
Just like Tantalus, every time we try to dip our lips into the water, it drains away leaving us ever more thirsty.

The head of our high command, general Arburich, even in his grief managed to keep his head high and addressed all his subordinates.
He thanked us for the great service and support and promised that with combined efforts we WILL succeed... eventually.
We might meet some ups and downs along the way, but we will take these opportunities to get wiser and stronger and that will make us victorious.
As a last note he was kind enough to let us take a little vacation for ourselves... calm our souls before the start of our next push.
But he will never stop pushing...
