LTT 2974 has 5 Fed factions, direct space fights to Misir, and On-foot to 9 Puppis. LTT 12058 directs On-foot to 9 Puppis but only has 2 Fed factions and directs space fights to Misir. Misir has 2 Fed factions and directs On-foot to 9 Puppis.
The rest of the factions are Independent and Empire factions, Empire being the dominant. I also found multiple orbiting stations that sold level 3 gear and suits. Potentially this system can help gain Mercenary and Fed ranks!
