There are a lot of goods out there in the galaxy. The life of a trader is a simple back and forth and back and forth and back and...You get the picture. You find a high, you find a low and then you connect them. It's a bit like surfing most of the time, you swim out and then cruise back in, rinse and repeat. I think that makes sense. Does it make sense? Ah, whatever...
After dealing in high-tech generators and advanced textiles it's good to see the market scrambling around for precious metals again. Gold, Silver, and Platinum have always been good investments but very much more so as of late. I found one of those low-high areas in Albarib and Lesheima. Tensions were running a bit high between the two systems, Albarib running under Imperial control and Lesheima under Federal. Politics aside, Gold was abundant in one of these systems while noticeably absent in the other. I couldn't resist taking a slice of the pie.
Lesheima industry must really be suffering if they're offering nearly 20,000 credits above galactic average per unit of gold. Oh well, their loss is my gain. I haven't gotten to fly my Type-9 in a while, it feels good to be back in the old girl making some millions.
