60k LY Out

I left for Beagle Point almost 2 months ago. I had planned to document my whole trip but the wonder of the black kept me distracted, scooping scanning gazing at the wonder and beauty of the universe. Its been like a drug addiction and a gambling addiction rolled into one. The thrill of each jump going somewhere no human had ever gone before. Ive lost track of how many new earths Ive discovered and how many water words ammonia worlds and terraforming candidates. I'm literally writing my name across the universe. Well at least the star charts anyway. and im taking my time coming mapping as much as I can. I've been gone almost 2 months and have at least another moth before I'm back to Sol.When I first left for this trip I decided I was gonna go to Salome's reach. Going out that far isnt what it use to be. Now anyone in a sidewinder can hop on board a carrier and hit the farthest reaches in the galaxy. But I wanted to honor the old ways in trip. From the time I left Explorers Anchorage until I land on one of the stations orbiting Earth. I wont land on a carrier. No repairs for me until I'm back. with repair limits and AFMU Ive managed to keep everything repaired fully except for the powerplant which is still dinged up a bit. But the danger of the trip is still alive for me. At least on this trip. So when I get back I'll have accomplished something. I'll have made it to beagle and back and survived without the easy mode that carriers have become in exploration. I'm a part of the 65k Ly club now. Not to mention I'll be quite a bit richer. My onboard system is telling me I have over 1 billion credits worth of carto data. So I'll see yall when I'm back. whenever that is.
