Well, I visited the center of the universe and returned in one piece. Not for a lack of trying. 14 jumps out, I noticed I was low on fuel in a T class Star. Fortunately, there was a scoopable star near enough to jump. As I approached my home station, I entered. Upon entering, my ship experienced a malfunction and the booster fired off. Wham! Into the back of the station. Shields dropped and I took significant hull damage. Limping to my docking bay with my tail between my legs, I arrived home.All told, I discovered 374 systems and gained 400 mil in credits. I nade a mad dash home on the return journey and netted 100 mil credits. Not bad.
A little R&R and then I'm going to purchase a Python and try my hand at mining.
It's great to be back home!
