25 June 3302.
Three days so far and so much discovered. Entire systems untouched by anyone. I scan everything; you never know what you may find out here.
I'm only 3000 Light Years away, but someone back in the bubble will pay good money for this information. I have no idea what they do with it - I mean, who really cares if I've found a rocky ice planet 3000Ly away from civilization? But hey, they pay me so I scan it all.
3000 Light Years from home, yet 7000 from where I'm trying to be.
One other interesting part of this trip is the amount of time it's taking the navi-computer to plot a course. Maybe the circuitry is getting old, but it's refusing to let me jump more than 19 Light years at a time. It was 21 when we left dock.
I've turned off most of my non-essential modules to try and preserve a little of the computers dignity.
