3 MAR 3306 - PATH RANGERS COLONIA EXPEDITION

Rangers have been taking an extended stay in the Gandharvi system after touching down at Caravanserai about a week ago. The route was filtered by F and A class stars, as we attempted to find more water and earth like worlds and we sure hit paydirt. I racked up 34 first discoveries myself. The published route will be noted for this. The station was suffering from a severe drought, and the squad did what it could to assist. The station was abuzz with activity nearly 24/7. Many talk about how the Colonia region is laid back but this place was about as busy as anything back in the bubble. Of course, when you're out in the middle of nowhere and getting low on water it does tend to make you a bit antsy. Today is liftoff for the sixth leg of the Colonia expedition to the Kashyapa system and Vihara Gate starport. A 3,876 LY trip @ 119 scoopable jumps, this will be another long haul but should cut our distance to Colonia in half. We are nearly there. I believe this trip will be considered a special task required to be promoted to Ranger within the squad from now on. We are slowly becoming quite wealthy due to all the cartography data we've managed to sell on the way too. I think the squad will likely picking up one of those shiny new fleet carriers once they arrive. That will lead to a bold new era for the Rangers and exploration. We are also heavily recruiting in all our stops along the way, so join up and see the stars! Civilization is overrated anyway. See you in the black.
