Formidine Rift Scout Mission : Encounter at far point

Encountered strange noise around ship.
Both OzTrAlien and myself were stationary in SC at the time.
We both herd the sound from the position of between our ships.
The sound would stop if one of us moved.
Sadly all audacity recorded was some old guy breathing heavily into the mic while smoking
System location can be seen in Video record but when writing this Log I realised I have no flight log for that system.

Conclusions:-
1. Engine glitch in SC causing Flyby Sound repo.
2. Tin Foil Hat slipped while sleeping and my brain is compromised.
3. ALIENS !
P.S :- I have been saying Outer Arm Vacuus all this time. Infact we were on the New Outer Arm edge almost at the Vacuus section.
