Begin Log:

It is done, well, the 1st part anyway. Eodgols JK-N c20-72 is the new system for Valhalla to be the Midway Station for the next 6+ months while I explore.  Multiple ringed gas giants in this system but only one with a Tritium hot spot along with many other hotspots to include Void and LTDs, not that there is much demand for mining out here.  System also has several small planets to land on that commanders can refill their materials if they are on extended voyages into the galaxy.  I wish I could just gather and sell them from my carrier, that along with all the other materials I have collected for engineering.  Since I have the fleet I want, it is just collecting dust at this point. But as I mentioned before, I am keeping the station there for all commanders on a journey to or from the center of the galaxy.

With this part of finding Tritium over, I will begin my journey tomorrow with the Odyssey to the other side of Sagittarius A.  For the rest of the year I will be exploring the far side of the Odin’s Hold sector of the galaxy.  Although I will not be mapping every system I come across.  So many are just willed with ice planets, it is just boring to do those.  The systems that have water worlds, terra-forming, and earth like planets are the ones I am after.  Also going to take a couple SRVs with me this time since I have the Valhalla relatively close thanks to all the neutron stars.  Going to check out the planets that have biological show up on the surface scans.  I have yet to actually come across a planet with them, but the Codex has other commanders discovering them, maybe I will get lucky on this journey.

Even if I do not discover anything significant for the rest of the year, I do have distractions planned to occupy the time.  I have some classical music from Earth, 20th century. Band called Metallica for example, and some soundtracks from what was science fiction motion pictures, like the people having a trek through the stars or films with giant robots fighting alien invasions.  To think, humans once thought it was fiction.
