I finally leveled to Prince and Vice Admiral after many years of being a Duke and a Rear Admiral. I even forgot how to level the Federation and Empire rank. I was at 100% ranking for a while but never thought of moving up. I hope that FDev can add something to the caps. Working on gaining the final two ranks.
