The Independent Hruntia faction have been crushed in the main population centres on the planet of Hruntia 3. These rebels are now retreating to the southern snowy wastelands in an attempt to drum up support for their cause of breaking away from the Empire by appealing to the poor and disenfranchised people of the polar regions.
The Independent Hruntia rebels have also retrained and re-equipped as they have realised they are outclassed by our Imperial Privateers troops. They now use heads-up-displays in their helmets, underslung grenade launchers on their rifles and have advanced training in urban and forest combat.
Combat missions have been sanctioned in this area to bring the traitors to heel, coded named OPERATION: Hearts and Minds.
