A New Start: Fourteenth Entry

I normally don't write these so quickly one after another, so don't get used to this.While I've only been flying for about a year now, I've been with the Astrobiology Research Collective's Warden's Offworld Operations for about half of that. Said I'd stick with 'em for the Prometheus Astro-Logisticals Corporation debacle, and boy howdy did I. I think it's gonna end soon, and not in the good ending kind of way. I feel as if PAL's going to fall, and Esien Ming, the Alliances 5th most populated system and neighbor to the Old Worlds, will no longer fly a green flag. I can drop names and locations and uncensored opinions now, because as I'm writing this, I'm technically just barely independent now. Which means I can say this without impunity nor punishment; Fuck The Alliance. A lot of them wanted Esien Ming to remain Alliance, but extremely few in comparison wanted to do anything about it. I can count how many individuals wanted to help on one hand, with even less actually doing anything about it. Actions speak louder than words; their silence is deafening. Not just the Alioth Council, but the Alliance as a whole. No one wants to piss off the playground bully that is Delta Squadron, and the Council, like bad parents, just can't say no to their greed, and let them bully others and get fatter and fatter.
If y'all Alliance folk wanna stop reading my logs, then so be it. Still, six months of holding them off. Most were expecting it to be done in 2, maybe 3. Should be a good example of what y'all would've gained, could've gained. We held the line, while y'all just sat and watched.
I'd rather not be Independent, and so it's with a heavy heart that I am to leave ARC, and apply for Imperial service. Gyraxis himself has retired entirely, and cut of all contact. I hope things end up well for him, but I'm not gonna follow; I'm still active and can be a productive asset. That's why I'm signing up with Lavingy's Legion, my sponsor being one of the ambassadors that helps keep contact with ARC, Ignatio Mobius. They're a light-hearted group, but are all business when it comes down to it, and I know they work to get stuff done, rather than just sit around and talk about it.
After this log is published, I'm to be a full-fledged Imperial. I'm a bit anxious for the future, and I know the Legion don't judge on appearance.
