Plenty to do: Fifteenth Entry

It's only been a few days since I was officially initiated into Lavingy's Legion, and woowee do they have a lot to do. They're extremely organized with it, too, spreadsheets and everything, and I admit I've been a little bit competitive with some of it. Not in the actual gonna sabotage anyone about it, more like 'I betcha I can do more stuff than you!' deal. I admit, their love for the Empress is a bit overbearing, but no harm no foul. The areas we've been busy in have been mostly high-traffic places, lotta people in-and-out. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't anxious every time I saw another commander between stations, but I try to keep an escape plan ready should things go south with 'em. Lately I guess I've been sorta flaunting my philanthropy a bit, so I guess I have it coming; Regarding Legion's tasks, I've probably single-handedly completed one of their somewhat bigger ones, but I know I made some difference in another. At the rate I'm spending money, I'm probably gonna go broke~! Most of my spending's been with my carrier, freshly rebranded LLV The Arctic Mage KHL-8HY. Crew don't seem to mind, long as they keep making money.Not a full-fledged Legionnaire yet, though, just an Initiate so far, one of many. One of the higher ups, Governor Milo Peck, gave a not-so-subtle suggestion to attend a public in-person addressing from Admiral Lucius Lavigny. In reality, it was more of a glorified pep-talk, 'different backgrounds' this and 'we are all Imperial' that; he's more of the figure-head, someone else actually does the day-to-day management work, but I don't know their name. I could sure feel the stares, though, but I don't know if they were the mean kind or what, obviously for my, well, less-than-human appearance. So far, no one's said or done nothin' mean, so there's that. Generally opposite, actually, those I've spoke to have been kind and helpful. It was from them I found there's some exam I gotta do to become a Legionnaire, and that Ignatio had an injury, something with his arm bad enough that he's out of commission for a bit. Hope he recovers quickly and well.
Esien Ming finally fell. As I'm Imperial now, I can't be crude any longer; My disappointment is immeasurable upon the members of the Alliance. Pah!
Been keeping tabs with ARC, too many good memories to completely leave them. Sort of a melancholy mood goin' 'round.
Courier's getting a lot of use, might put some weapons on her. Engine tweaked, 0-600 in 2 seconds
