News - Loss of a Beloved Member

We are saddened to notify all interested that on may 1st, 01h30 UTC, RazorLabs has lost one of our core members and founders. This late announcement is due to respect and mourning of the family.Dr. AJ Benítez was the one that inspired all of us since the beginning. The one that made us look into the sky and wonder how reaching the stars would feel like. The one that made us believe we are not a crawling being in a planet's surface but a small bit of an Infinite Universe. The one that taught us we should keep our fangs sharp and work for our beloved one's safety. He was a father to RazorLabs.
He always supported our work in fleet development and was present in one of the most remarkable moments in our history, which was reaching Oevasy SG-Y d0 for the first time in may 11th of 3306, aboard Nefeli II's first long range assignment.
He was also present during Nefeli's first short range assignment to Betelgeuse, and was the first receiver of the evidences collected.
His son and current Eeka's pilot, Nikola "Raz" Griffin, will continue leading our organization, despite the loss.
Our fleet will forever fly in his loving memory. We consider the following image as our farewell. It was taken during his struggle against the deadly virus outbreak that have been destroying his home system:
