My journey was difficult at the get go, it never got easy, I didn't expect that it would last this long, and I can't imagine it ending now.Like sailors of the past I am or I have been taken in by the experience of setting off into the unknown. I am addicted to the thrill of it all and I am eager for what is to come.My place is in the stars, my home is the ship I command, I have no regret for what I have left, and can't remember the last time I though of my past with with anything but a smile on my face for having left everything behind in the way I did. You will come to understand soon enough the challenges I was forced to overcome and how they shaped who I am.
I know some may say that getting sentimental over such a thing as a change of career is stupid, but they don't have the notion of what space is or the mental capacity to understand its vastness and as such can take a space walk in their birthday suits. I didn't just change my career I changed the very definition of what life is and what should be expected from it. I opened the door to the universe, accepted my small place in it, and asked to see all of its wonders with my own eyes.
To the uninitiated all you need to know right now is that I saved, slaved, starved, and sacrificed to be called a Commander and that was just the beginning. I have, in every sense of the word, earned your respect without you having even seen or heard of my adventures. I demand you show proper humility to those that bear the title, myself included, and remain steadfast as I tell my stories because they are not told for my own benefit, but for yours.
I am Commander MoonSeeker and I will be your instructor or guide to understanding what it is to be a bounty hunter, privateer, mercenary, trader, smuggler, explorer, and controller of your own fucking destiny if you so choose. Shut you legs, traps, and give me your attention or so help me I will kick you out of this class, clip you wings, and ground you for life. This is your one and only chance to become a pilot so don't piss me off.
