Welcome to the first edition of the newly installed, Vox Galactica. We are the voice of the Milky Way. We're going to be bringing you all the important news from the Witch Head to the Bubble, all the way out to Colonia. My staff includes several commanders who already have expertise in the field. Hailing from HIP 19934, our Superpowers staff members: CMDRs MsValkyrie and LilliSWE. Those young ladies will bring all the action from our 3 Superpowers. Myself, CMDR CeceliaX23 is your Colonia reporter. And last, but surely not least, our newest junior journalist, CMDR VolkerX. She is our Pleiades/Witch Head reporter. With that taken care of, let's get right into it!
This is MsValkyrie reporting in. We're going to start off with Imperial system updates. In Emperor Lavigny-Duval's home system of Kamadhenu, the Chapterhouse of Inquisition is reporting a BOOM in 8 controlled systems with Nemgla and Kurians falling into an Infrastructure Failure. The CHoI is requesting Polymers, CMM Composites and Ceramics to help combat the failure. They are willing to pay higher than normal for these materials.
In Cubeo, the Prismatic Imperium is reporting elevated states of happiness among their citizens. They are, however, sending out a temporary trade restriction to Lambda Hydri as the system is in a state of Bust. Trade prices are the lowest and pilots are recommended to sell elsewhere as long as it continues.
Fleet Admiral Patreus' Eotienses Citizens' Forum has requested all Imperial loyal pilots make their way to Santupik to aide in the Infrastructure Failure and fight for control from the Santupik Electronics Commodities.
Senator Torval is experiencing civil liberty throughout most of her controlled systems. Synteini and Afli are requesting aide to combat Infrastructure Failures through their respective systems.

President Hudson and Shadow President Winters have stated that Federal citizens are at an elated state of happiness. Several federal systems are recovering from a drought. President Hudson issued a statement thanking all pilots who came to the aide of the Federation. "With their tireless efforts, we were able to stand together and fight this drought. Water is now flowing freely and plentiful."
Prime Minister Mahon's Alliance Office of Statistics is reporting excellent trading through Alliance controlled systems. Civil Liberty is rampant throughout our systems. Many systems are experiencing a Boom state. Load that T9 up with cargo and head to any Alliance controlled system to cash in!
Coming at you with news from Colonia is our lead journalist, CJ Pryde.
All is not well out in Colonia. Jaques controlling faction has reported civil unrest, famine, and pirate attacks are ravaging several controlled systems in Colonia. Amatsuboshi, Pennsylvania and Colonia are desperately requesting the aide of independent pilots to help combat these severe states. Jaques station is offering hefty rewards for all bounty vouchers handed in. Pirates are attacking our traders and citizens. System security can not handle the massive influx of pirates attacking their stations.
On the opposite side of the coin, the Colonial Council is reporting exactly the opposite. States of civil liberty, boom and investment are running throughout CC controlled systems. Traders looking to earn massive credits are advised to sell at any Colonial Council controlled stations in the Colonia Nebula.

Thargoid incursions have remained on the down low. The Pleiades and Witch Head still remain breeding grounds for scout and Interceptor raiding parties, but no high level Thargoid attacks have been spotted. The Aegis cooperation still remains vigilant in keeping a watch over human space. This has led to many pro-thargoid activists saying that we are the invaders here. One activist has stated that with an entire galaxy to expand into, they choose a location already inhabited and attempt to push out the current civilization. Many in and around the Core Systems have spoken out against the Aegis Cooperation. They claim Aegis has taken part in numerous bio-experiments some would say to be unnatural. Several independent organizations are voicing their concern to know exactly what is being done. A representative for Aegis could not be located for questioning at this time.
