o7 Commanders! Welcome to this week's installment of Vox Galactica. We have a lot to discuss, so let's get right into the action!
Reporting to you all things Imperial, I am MsValkyrie.
It has been a good week if you live in Imperial controlled systems. Civil Liberty, boom, public holidays and investments have been declared all around. Though the one negative in this report is that the Eotienses Citizens' Forum have reported an influx of pirate attacks directed at their headquarters in Eotienses. Senator Patreus is issuing a kill on sight order for all pirates attacking Imperial vessels and structures. Rich bounties are being rewarded for their destruction. Senator Patreus has gone on record saying, "We will not sit idly by while hese nefarious cowards tear our glorious Empire apart. We will stand strong and resist these criminals and show them the true might of the Imperial Navy."
This reporter has been given an excellent opportunity to report on the issue of slavery in the Empire. In the coming week, I will have an exclusive interview with her grace, Princess Aishling Duval.

Federal colonies have returned to normal after their wealthy week of profits. Several outposts are reporting a recorvery from a short term infrastructure failure. Federal pilots were quick to rush in and deliver materials and supplies to affected stations. Federal council members issued commendations to all pilots who helped combat their infrastructure failures.
Mother Gaia in SOL is reporting a wealthy boom economy. Any pilots with SOL permits should look to trading at their stations for an increased payout on demanded goods.
In Gateway, the Alliance Office of Statistics remains in a state of wealth. Booming economies are springing up throughout Alliance controlled systems. Pilots hoping to get rich, should consider trading in Alliance controlled systems.
This is CJ Pryde reporting to you from Colonia. This episode of Colonia Affairs discusses the numerous states Colonia is experiencing at this moment plus the breaking news from the Holloway Bioscience center.
We begin with Jaques contolled systems. Colonia citizens residing in systems where Jaques has presence in are extremely discontented. Citizens have cried outrage at how Jaques has been handling the numerous failures throughout Colonia. The word around the bush is that they are calling for new leadership if these failures and discontent are not resolved immediately. Protests how sprung up in several Jaques systems trying to oust them from leadership positions. This reporter has, on numerous attempts, tried to get an interview with Jaques leadership. All of my calls have not been answered. I hope they are too busy trying to solve their dilemmas to answer my calls.
On the other end of the spectrum, Colonia Council are reporting enormous boom and investment. Several systems have declared public holidays to celebrate the Council's swift action to combat discontent and outbreaks that plagued the nebula in prior weeks. Jaques citizens have called for the Colonia Council to absorb their assets and gain total control of the nebula. The Council have said they will remain out of Jaques business but will not sit and watch Colonia citizenship deteriorate. If it comes down to it, the Council WILL have to act on this.
We have BREAKING NEWS out of the Holloway Bioscience Institute.
As reported last week, a convoy was expected to leave the Pleiades Nebula with Thargoid samples enroute to the Institute. A blockade has now halted the convoy outside the Colonia Nebula. A group calling themselves, The Agency, have demanded the convoy return to the Pleaides and destroy all samples aboard their vessels. One of their leaders, Cmdr PoisonHeart, has stated that they will not use deadly force unless called upon. She has said the pilots can safely eject from their ships to be rescued and then the ships containing the xeno samples will be destroyed. "We the people of Colonia will not allow these foreign samples to contaminate our nebula as they did with the Core Systems. Alliance, Federal and Imperial leadership attacked a race in their own home systems. We can not and will not let that happen to our way of life out here. No Thargoid has ever traveled this far and we will not open the door for them!" PoisonHeart stated in a communication to the governments of the Core Systems. They do not wish to take hostages. Pilots who abandon their vessels will be allowed total freedom to leave whenever they want. More on this event as it unfolds!

Business as usual down here. Scouts continue to survey the Nebulae with Interceptor commanders following suit if provoked. That fact has many people questioning if humanity was right in crossing into Thargoid territory. They are clearly only attacking if provoked.
The hunt for the elusive Aegis whistleblower continues. Many want to know why the Aegis Corp is really doing, and honestly, so does this reporter.

The Pilot's Federation convened earlier this week and approved the creation of a task force to police Jameson Memorial. Further details will be made public in the coming days.
As you may or may not know, many commanders have descended upon Borann to mine precious low temperature diamonds. Many are mining to purely increase their bank accounts, but the vast majority are preparing for the civilian release of fleet carriers. The Pilot's Federation has finally allowed for civilian use of fleet carriers. These enormous vessels carry an even bigger cost. This has drew many pilots to Borann to mine LTDs. As of this writing, Gresley Ring in the YAKAERIATE system are offering the highest payout at 1.15mil/tonne. Get it while it's good!
