Ms Valkyrie coming to you from Kamadhenu.
Imperial Intelligence Service is continuing to investigate the heinous murder of Capt Blumberg and his family. Emperor Duval-Lavigny has devoted a extensive amount of resources into this crime. Charges have yet to be formally levied against Lily Blossom, owner of Blossoming Rose Trading Post, who remains in Imperial detention. What little facts we have about the incident all points to a feud with a competitor at Schroter Beacon. Schroter Beacon still remains open despite the accident. Damaged areas of the station have been closed off to all non station personnel and authorities.
Vapor IX reporting to you from Sol.
President Hudson commending all pilots who thwarted the cyber terrorist attacks on Federal systems the last few weeks. Federation controlled systems have not seen a single attack in just about two weeks. Station security have taken measures to upgrade their networks and security so this doesn't happen again. Shadow President Winters has followed suit in her controlled systems as well as upgrading station defenses. She has personally asked skilled engineer, Broo Targuin to assist in helping engineer station lasers further.
The outbreak continues on Sol. Vaccine tests are still underway to help quell the disease. Mother Gaia has asked independent pilots to assist by delivering much needed medical supplies and rations to highly affected areas.
QuantumBlade coming to you from Riedquat.
Prime Minister Mahon has issued a warning to all pilots to that an on-going war is happening in Riedquat. A war for control between Riedquat Corporation and the pirate faction The Code has engulfed the system. The Code wish to bring their anarchist ways to the system. Riedquat Corporation is throwing everything they have at The Code but for three days now, have failed to overtake them. Thoughts of conceding are now being heard as the furious pirates continue to beat them at every zone. Representatives for both sides could not be reach as of this writing but I will continue.
VolkerX reporting to you from Artemis Lodge.
The Thargoid war continues to rage in the Nebulae as independent pilots travel en mass to the fighting grounds. This however has taken a dark turn. More and more Thargoid scouts are beginning to emerge from witchspace followed quickly by their Interceptor commanders. This has worried the citizens residing in neighboring systems of an incoming incursion. Many citizens have begun to pack their belongings and head back into the Core Systems. Some have even left "I Told You So!" signs on their abandoned properties. One pilot, Cmdr J-Dog162 has even reported on massive amounts of scouts attacking megaships parked in the Nebulae. Protests have begun to break out against warring with the Thargoids. In space and land, a highly volatile situation is breaking out. So far, no actions have been taken against the pilots fighting the xeno threat. Combat bonds are still being issued for destroyed Thargoid vessels and scientists are still requesting xeno samples from pilots.
A representative from the Colonia group, The Agency, has stated that no good can come from inciting war with the Thargoids. "No matter how many Thargoids vessels are destroyed, they come back in full force with seemingly insurmountable numbers", says PoisonHeart of The Agency. The Agency recently took a stand against a convoy from Maia to Holloway Bioscience Centre in Colonia for shipping xeno samples. They forced the convoy to return to Maia with all samples. Reporter CJ Pryde stated that The Agency had their ships follow the convoy back to Maia to prevent another attempt at connecting with Holloway. As the situation down in the Nebulae continues, I will personally keep you informed of everything that happens.
MiaGoth reporting to you from Jameson Memorial.
The Pilot's Federation Branch has continued to monitor the situations in both Shinrarta and the Pleiades/WitchHead Nebulae. Thargoid scouts have begun to make their way steadily into a few of the Core Systems. Cyber terrorists, Los Extranjeros, have been silent for yet another week around Jameson. The PFB have used this time to invest in more security updates and firmware patches. Following in Shadow President Winters' footsteps, the PFB have sent an invitation to Broo Tarquin to assist in station laser weaponry upgrades. Applications for system security have seen a rise since the attack. Seems everyone wants a piece of the action.
In other news, the sales for "clog" modules are rising. Black markets are selling these highly illegal cloaking devices to the lowest of pilots. As reported before, these illegal modules allow the user's ship to completely disappear from sight and scanners as well as producing NO FSD wake.
That concludes this week's Vox Galactica. Fly safe o7!
