The head of my squadron , Cayce and I set out for Mandh , intending to help out with protection for the supply runs. Boy did we. The Empire may not have been happy with our previous decisions , but the next few days would redeem us. Cayce and I went out to Telliya , using the nearby fleet carriers the Empire's Inquisitor Arc , and Paradise City we would spend hours .... sometimes days in the Resource sites.... blasting anything that came back wanted. I had brought both of the big girls out to play. The Cutter sang , drifting while dealing out heavy punishment swiftly and harshly to any pirates who came within her sights. The Corvette meanwhile was quick and precise. Cayce had brought his Anaconda , the Luther's Folly out to the site , and day in and day out , we made these pirates regret targeting anyone. The money was good , but that wasn't the point of this .... The point was to show how much hurt we could bring when motivated and determined. We had both signed on for this initiative , and we would both finish in the Top 10. We realized that we couldn't stop every single Pirate , but we damn well tried...

On the last day I pulled into Miyasaka Orbital , and was paid 80 million credits , on top of the 267 million I had earned in bounties alone. Cayce was also paid the same and had pulled in a total of 206 million.
The ATC from the other day changed their tone.
"ATC this is Core Dynamics , Delta , Papa , Hotel , Sierra requesting launch permission"
Empire ATC: "Permission granted Commander , we apologize for how you were greeted upon coming here."
"Don't sweat it , we did what we had to do , we knew folks wouldn't be happy. Can't please everyone all the time." I replied
Empire ATC: "Good luck out there Commander , things look like they will only get worse before they get better"
"It certainly seems that way , hopefully we can find these terrorists before all hell breaks loose ... and put them down." I replied.
Empire ATC: "We hope so too Commander"
In the days that followed , we continued our anti Piracy efforts... we fought the Anahit Gold Brothers , the Dragons of Urvane and Shonso , the Bhumij Gold Mob , and quite a few other factions .... furthering our message. We will not stand by while these local anarchists and criminal organizations prey on vulnerable traders and miners... When we get our hands on the NMLA , they will face the same fate as these pirates.
