Beginning audio logbook speech to text recognition."I was preparing to fight another long day for the unnamed settlement I found earlier, but something didn't seem right. All of the other mercenary troops that I was used to seeing weren't present. It spooked me a bit. It felt like something I should be aware of, being a mercenary myself. Come to find out that the good people of the Golconda Generation Ship are holding a Tritium buyout bonanza. I could not believe the prices they are offering for Tritium. Absolutely insane. How the hell are they affording this? Maybe I don't want to know... but at any rate, once I got the broadcast on my ship I blasted off the planet and headed straight for the source system as fast as I could.
For the past 2 days I've just been hauling and I'll keep doing it until they don't need anymore. My shieldless Cutter is made for this and was already outfitted properly for maximum hauling. Speaking of happy coincidences... My Fleet Carrier was full to the brim, almost 25,000 units worth, of Tritium. I intended to head out into the Black with my Fleet Carrier and do some serious exploring after I wrap up with all my accolades in the Bubble, but at 413,600 credits per ton of Tritium I think it's more than worth offloading them now. They are already gone and the carrier is now empty. So is every other system with any major supply within 100 ly. Did I mention it's only the end of the 2nd day of this? We are going to suck the entire Bubble dry at this rate.
Near the end of day 2 as of recording this, my running tally is 32 BILLION credits and some change made during just this event. That puts me at over 68 billion credits overall. By the time this event is done I may even break into triple digit billlions. Never in a million years would I have ever dreamed of this kind of money being at my fingertips. We'll see if I manage that or not, but this is the new plan until they don't need more tritium. Then it's back to settlement defense... unless someone else wants to offer ridiculous amounts of credits for trade commodities.
Commander VladmirMcDoogle signing out."
