Returning to the Alexandria

I was never one to be drawn into existential causes because my immediate issues with credits and locating and rescuing my mother were always the priority. however, after learning more about the destruction and personal encounters of other commanders with the Thargoids, my own desire to help out our species grew! Aegis seemed like a decent organization, especially since all superpowers committed support towards it. When the call came for independent pilots to bring guardian tech to a mega-ship called the Alexandria for some lucrative rewards, I was sold! It was convenient because I was already at the guardian sites searching for data and materials that I was told would allow me to acquire some unique tech. Specifically, it was the almost magical FSD Booster that increase the jump range of any ship that equips it. Anyways, in the weeks that followed the Alexandria receiving a maximum cargo load of guardian artifacts, the mega-ship was attacked, defended against, and then lost without a trace. It seems like almost a lifetime ago with how much I have experienced out here in the black... Never mind that. Today, I have received news from Galnet, well more that I finally checked it but semantics. I just spent my morning jumping to the Alexandrias final resting place and discovered six chilling logs. I'll spare you the details but to those that did this, the bell will toll for thee soon!
