The Wasp log# 4 - Journey to Colonia - Day 1

07 Jun 2020Michael Vega
June 7th 3306 - 1:00am

All preparations have been thoroughly seen through. The Wasp came out fresh from the engineer's hangar and is ready to fly great distances.
I have set course for Pro Aewsy JA-L B49-1, halfway between Sol and Colonia, as a checkpoint. 170 jumps to there and probably another 150 jumps to Colonia according to my calculations; 350 jumps in total i suppose.

I am excited to go into the deep void, hopefully i will make great discoveries. I will miss the bubble though.

4:05am

I discovered something really interesting in Bleae Thua GH-D B12-3 system; stellar phenomena. After composition scan, they reveal to be flavum metallic crystals created by huge numbers of primordial microorganisms.
This journey appears to be very rich in discoveries like ammonia-based worlds, water worlds and candidates to terraform. At the end of this journey, my bank account will sing. The Bleae Thua sector is rich in potential usable worlds.

5:00am

Phylur YD-K D8-24: This system has 3 planets out of 4 candidates to terraforming.

6:08am

In space, there is no days and no nights. We humans need something to remind us to rest. I have stopped BYEIA THAA QZ-0 c19-34 1 to spend the night. It is the only planet orbiting one star. The gravity is 0.06G and it is very hot because so close to the star (899k). its orbital period is 6.1 D. A lot of minerals here, i will take the SRV out tomorrow morning to check that out.
