Location 1: Col 285 Sector DD-I C10-19, 346.17LY traveled/346.17LY from start
I woke up excited to continue my journey. So far I've only traveled to one system: Col 285 Sector DD-I C10-19. This system appears to be full of potential wealth, lots of gas giants with rings, and plenty of moons with mineral deposits. I may have to put a hold on continuing on, I've got an empty cargo bay and I know I'm low on materials. Before I begin to really think of if I should stay here and harvest what I can, plenty more moons and gas giants to survey.

Location 2: Volcani, 517.03LY traveled/‭170.86‬LY from start
While planning my next move I received a request to fly with my new squadron, Ordo Corona Stellarum, as they needed help in a war effort. After thinking on it for a while I decided to make the quick jaunt home-Really glad I've got a good jump range- and refit my ship for war. I spent a day and night helping out my fellows in defeating some invaders before I made the trek back to change my fit again, and then finally continue on my way.

Location 3: Col 285 Sector DD-I C10-19, 863.2LY traveled/346.17LY from start
I've managed to make it back in one piece, after refitting back to my exploration loadout. Almost died a few times helping out my fellows, but well worth it. After the heart-pounding adrenaline rush from combat, it feels good to be back out in the big empty. I've decided to return to the Col 285 Sector system I was previously in and bed down on one of the moons for the night.

Nothing worth really noting in this system, apart from a planet I find puzzling. An Icy Body with a surface temp of 344K (~159F), and yet solid ice. Could be made of Ice X supposedly, but with a gravity of 0.75 standard earth I'm thinking something in the magnetic field is helping keep the atmosphere (a whopping 2K atmos) compressed, hence the solid-state water.

I decided to park on one of the moons here, 5 A, to stock up on some materials here. I was treated with a beautiful landing spot just next to some active geyser formations.
Note: While 0.05G is amazing to get airborne leaps in an SRV... it sucks when trying to perform tight turns. I may have made unintentional donuts on the surface.

Location 2: [REDACTED], [Redacted]LY traveled/[Redacted]LY from start
I've found a nice little system, some gas giants, decent deposits of rare minerals and materials, and some hotspots for profitable items. I'm going to modify my log to prevent the location from being stored in the log. Gotta say it's definitely got a pretty scenic view.

Location 3: Wredguia AZ-B B54-1, 1134.13LY traveled/747.93LY from start
I found my first, at least I think so, non-terraformable world: An ammonia world. I don't know what I was expecting but I'll be honest: I did not expect the entire planet to just look... sick. Like non-curable kind of sick.

Location 4: Wredguia NO-Z D13-114, 1203.94LY traveled/884.13LY from start
I found another ammonia world, again I really have no words to describe these interesting celestial bodies other than a slight disgust, and sadness.
I should also note I've changed my plan slightly. Instead of making my way straight towards the North America Nebula, I'll be making a pit stop in the Sadr nebula, I've heard there is an extremely remote outpost for explorers there. I can top off my ship and supplies and then continue on my way.

Location 5: Wredguia ZN-X C28-13, 1,377.49LY traveled/1,055LY from start
I've found a Waterworld on my travels. It looks quite beautiful from up here with the rolling clouds, and I even spotted a hurricane as well. It's a shame my scanners aren't detailed enough to see if there is any land down there, otherwise, I would want to set down and swim for a few days, explore under its oceans.

Location 6: PRU EUQ CB-X B1-1, 1620.63LY traveled/1,364.39LY from start
After a long day of traveling towards the Sadr remote outpost, I've decided to bed down in the last system I scanned, after mapping a few of the orbital bodies. If my calculations are correct I only have about 7 more jumps until I hit my first waypoint in my journey, that's if I don't use any FSD injections. Used a few to get just a little more distance out of my ship, she's treated me right so far, but we are basically still at the start, and I gotta remember that this is not a race, this is a marathon.

Location 1: Sifi KD-X B1-4, (estimated) 1,689.43LY traveled/1,432.2LY from start
After a decent night's sleep, I launched off and continued traveling, and the first system I jumped into apparently has every mineral I would need to further boost my ship's jump range: Cadmium, Polonium, and Yttrium

Location 2: SIFI PL-Y D30, (estimated) 1,829.43LY traveled/1,571.6LY from start
Used some of the minerals to boost my jump range 100%, it was quite nice being able to jump 140 light-years, unfortunately, I don't have too many of those minerals still so this was probably the only time I can use it unless I find more. While surveying this system I've discovered two worlds that could be terraformed!

Location 3: SIFI PG-Y D12, (estimated) 1967.18LY traveled/1,708.83LY from start
This system... has massive potential wealth. There are a grand total of SIX planets that could be terraformed to support human life. Two of which, interestingly enough, are tidally locked to their prospective orbital bodies.

Location 4: Sadr Region Sector OX-T B3-4, (estimated) 2,036.25LY traveled/1,777.73LY from start
I've discovered some weird biology on one of the moons here. Cordycep Growths, Phloem Excretions, and some Mussidaen Seed Pods. Never thought I'd find alien life out here but considering we have only surveyed what? Maybe 1% of the galaxy, if I was being extremely generous, I shouldn't be too surprised.

Location 5: Sadr Region Sector GW-W C1-22, (estimated) 2,086.17LY traveled/1,827.4LY from start
I've arrived! Only a few days of travel but so much scanning and mapping, looking for interesting or new things. I'll be glad to dock up and rest and relax for a day or two before I head back out into the black. My next waypoint to reach is Heart Sector IR-V B2-0, along the way I'd like to stop and visit a few systems in the Pelican and North America Nebulas, maybe take a detour towards the Elephant's Trunk Nebula.
Do you like it?
