The Empire welcomes you back to Majida commander, landing pad 25 has been made avalible for you, "thank you flight control, holding course for pad 25."I smoothly glide my Type 7 through the mail slot and down onto pad 25, I gave orders to ground control to have my ship moved to the cargo docks. I checked starport services on the ships computer and turned up the comodities market, I could feel a lurch as the landing pad started to rotate. I quickly sell excess minerals I had collected while mining for my mission objectives. I had taken on a number of mining contrats for Majida station, the pay was'nt the highest, but they were doing a great job of raising my reputation with the imperial navy.
Winnie and George where sat at their usual spots, with their backs toward the door. I walked into the Map and Compass and across the floor to where they where sat, I slapped them both on their shoulders " hello old timers, sorry I'm late."
After all that we taught you, your mining for water!
"The void opals gave me a great start, I was able to buy the type six and type seven with the money I made from mining the opals, but they don't fetch the prices they did when you and george where mining them."
I have my own company now, I'm registered as Majida Shipping. "If I'm going to be successful Winnie, I need to build a strong reputation, don't I?." "Yes of course you do!" said George "don't listern to Winnie, you've got all the time in the world to make your fortune, "For now he wants to develope and grow his company" said George.
Ok I'll keep quiet for now, Seeing as your late it's your round youngster.
While I was mining in my Cobra I had been interdicted a few of times, I had given in to the interdictions, becuase I am young, stupid and occasionally looking for a good fight, I wanted to try out my new weapons I'd had fitted to my Cobra and test my metal as a fighter pilot. I was lucky I think, I destroyed both ships that came after me.
The risk wasn't to my ship, which is insured, but to my precious cargo, which isn't. Now I'm mining in a newly acquired type seven, combat is to be avoided at all costs, flying safe and the protection of the cargo is the top priority. Now I have a company reputation to think of, I think I might be starting to mature at last.
