Canopy fun

So I was flying a low CZ while waiting for my wingmates, I had a nice little mission given to me by governor Powers to kill some HIP 60633 PLC and all was going well until I came up against a T10, we were going blow for blow, his shields gone, mine gone, I was flying rings around him, all 5 multicannons going to town on him, then it happened. I got him to 5% health and he got some lucky shots on me and blew of my canopy, I finished him off but I had only 5 mins of oxygen. I had never been so fearful in my life, I got myself under control and made my way to Silva Port. It was so freaky flying without my HUD but thankfully my supercruise assist and autodock were able to help me or I would of been an icicle. Oh man I was crapping myself but I made it through the mail slot with 30 secs to spare, I had never been so happy I'm my life, immediately I bought better life support, because that was scary, there are so many lessons to be learned, hopefully the next one's won't kill me
