UPDATE: Dirty Drives grade 5 done at Prof Palin. Beam Lasers Efficient Weapon grade 5 finished at Broo Tarquin (thermal vent and thermal shock). Rapid charge shield cells done at Lori Jameson (grade 3 is the max anyone can do). Multi-cannons finished with a mix of Tod "The Blaster" McQuinn overcharges and the rapid-fire / auto-reloader / incendiary round ones off the Sword of Elvira.Hera Tani: might need spare capacity via an Overcharged Power Plant (probably grade 2 or 3, so would need Heat Conductiuon Wiring). Any higher would run too hot, and be overpowered.
Selene Jean: Debating whether to go for Mirrored Surface Composite armour for long-range energy weapon defence / thermal defence. Probably when I find some more Compound Shielding so I can get it up to Heavy Duty grade 5 like my current Military Grade composite; though I have 3 compound shieldings so could try a bit now. I've got some size 5 Module Reinforcement packages and similar for two of the four Hull Reinforcements. The Hull reinforcers will need some Heavy Duty modification... and so it goes on.
Adjust one thing and two more need attention! Still, it's a lot better now than at shipyard settings.
