Multiple Mysterious Signal Sources at KYLOARPH KN-S D4-4825

While departing Colonia for the black, we happened upon a system, KYLOARPH KN-S D4-4825, out in the middle of nowehere. During a routine scan following a fleet carrier jump, Cmdr Andy17 discovered numerous signal sources and wreckages scattered across the inner-most planet. Further scans showed that most planets in this system had many signal sources, without any obvious explanation as to how they came to be there. 
The system is not inhabited and is thousands of light years from Colonia, the nearest other inhabited system area we know of.
Expanding our scans to every object and surface in the system yielded no further clues. During this operation, we took onboard our fleet carrier Eternity 90 souls in occupied escape pods, but many more still lie scattered across the surfaces.
All we have are theories: perhaps passing traffic or some past event drew people to this location? But then the sheer number of signal sources to be found here still leaves these explanations wanting.
We believe more can be found there today, so we put this out for any other cmdr interested in assisting or seeing for themselves. Perhaps more light can be shed on this.
