As I stated in my previous Log, I cannot sleep well. For this reason, I try to tire myself as much as I can. I started to sleep in one of the Cabins of my new Ship, the "Verne". In the past few days, to get sleepy, I passed several hours in the nearby Cantina, drinking and listening to stories of other Commanders. Earlier today, after few hours wasted infront of cheap Liquor, I went back to the Dock, I wanted to check if there was any new job. At the Dock, I was surprised to see people around my Ship. Some wore uniforms, they looked like a security firm, others, instead, wore classy outfits. They looked like Corps or Governement Officials. "Can I help you?" I asked. One them, probably, the leader of the group answered me: "If you are Mahir Kuzenkov, yes". He knew my name so I eyed him up and down, to assess if he was a threat. He didn't look that threating and, as far as I remember, I didn't do anything illegal. "That's me" I replied. "Good. My name is not important understood? What matters is that I I have a job proposal for you Commander: I would like you to escort me to HR 3005". I thought about it for a couple of seconds "No questions eh? That's fine. I don't mind as long as you can pay me, but, it will cost you. When would you like to leave?". "Right now" the man answered smiling. "All right... Get onboard". "No Commander, I would like to use the other Ship, the one you named "Rossini" the man added. I raised an eyebrown "My Asp? Sure? It is not that comfy..." I commented. "I am sure. Shall we go?" he answered. I nodded to him and slowly I moved to the Rossini wondering if I did the right choice by accepting this work.
