This time, fighting against Thargoids was brutal. Scouts and Interceptors kept coming. After each Wave, I had a very small window to catch my breath. No matter how many we killed, they kept coming back till we were obliged to retreat. Back in Jaralis, I rested a bit in Ratchet. I was pondering about what to do when AEDC Command contacted me. Since I was back into "Active" Status, they ordered me to move to ADV Dawson's Christian, "Home" of Dagr's Crocodiles. I heard different stories about the Crocodiles. Most people however confirmed me that they are unorthodox, but, fearless pilots. Moved more by Curiousity than Duty, I jumped in my Diamondback Explorer and set course to Alliance Space. After a brief stop in Hamilton Gateway, to get my Asp Explorer, I reached ADV Dawson's Christian. Once I docked, I was greeted by a bunch of Engineers and Pilots. They were more interested in my Ship than me. "You fly with "THAT"?" was the most gentle comment I got. They know their "Job". I didn't mind to be treated as a "Rookie". I tried to learn as much as possibile from them. I must admit that they didn't treat me as a complete outsider. After few days, we were informed about our Mission: defend AEDC Assets in Chontantici. Our Enemy? The Dark Wheel.
