Space madness, here I come. I've been tasked to route out a chunk of space. The kicker is, the company needs the distances to each star. To do that, I need to trilaterate my current location from five known ones. It's not hard, since the computer does all the work, but it is tedious after a while. Each leg is around 800 light years from the next and I've been directed to explore as much of each star along the way as I deem feasible, with a high priority on metallic, oceanic, gasbags and, of course, Terra type planets. I've been allotted a time frame of a month to get as much done as possible. If unable to finish, abort and return to base for anticipated restructuring of exploration missions.With my orders in hand and a tank full of "genuine good luck hydrogen sourced direct from Sol", I've pointed the nose of my ship toward WREDGUIA QM-U C16-1 and engaged.
