The steep learning curve

17 Nov 2020Sir Sprockett
It has been Ten days since I received my Pilots license.

It has been an adventure, and quite the journey around the Human Bubble. Having gone on some small forays into the black, not too far thou, as I am getting myself prepared for a long journey; wanting to cross the Sagittarius Gap into the heart of the Galaxy.

I have learnt and lost a lot since my license. Have been attacked by fellow Commanders, primarily because I was not good enough to fight back and they knew it. Their names are on my list, for later.

I have done various earning runs, from data to salvage, commodities and mining, with some success.
I have learnt to fly my ships with out the computers. It is worth it for the experience alone.

I have joined a power and got involved in Spatial Politics - just now waiting for the payback....

So far my first 10 days have been a ride.

Now I am looking for the Ginger Squadron, or the fellow Generation X ( an earthly term from back in the times of history) having salvaged a 21st century book (yes paper) book of poetry....

I declare my soul free,
No tyranny
No factory.
We watch the sun rise
Heaven sent to thee.
Seeking solitude
Within the lands of Nee.
Do you like it?
