Trouble in Mandill

Having helped Mandill Incorporated take control of the Mandill system, things were looking pretty good. They still are in some ways. Our influence over the system continues to increase. The economy is up. Security is up. There's a even a boom. However, a dark cloud has appeared on the horizon. And unless I'm much mistaken, a storm is coming in. This storm comes in the form of the 'Phantoms of Exile'. A powerful faction from a neighboring system who have recently expanded into Mandill and are already creating waves. They're currently contesting elections to take over one of the planetary settlements and I fear they'll soon be contesting much more than that.
