CURRENT LOCATION: SYNUEFE SECTORTaking the Far Strider on a shakedown cruise, and am loving it so far. I miss my Python a bit, but the bump to a 44Ly jump range really makes a big difference.
Despite being a crusty veteran, I haven't seen a lot of the sights near the bubble, so using this shakedown to rectify that. Using the DRX "A Grand Day Out" mission itinerary, I've visited the barnacle site on Merope 2A, Betelgeuse (actually had been there before, but didn't have a ADS at that point, and missed the landable planets), and am en route to Witch Head Nebula. From there on to Orion, etc.
The real question is where will my next "big" expedition take me. I'm considering heading out towards the Centaurus Reach, and, maybe Hawking's Gap.
