Generation Ship Odysseus - Warning from a graveyard

With my sights set at taking my newly eng asp explorer to through its paces I decided to visit the a ship that predates our FSD technology. With only a ~250 LY distance from where I started I figured I would make quick work visiting the Odysseus. Admittedly, being a bit a novice charging with neutron stars I only barely managed to jump out of near disaster after my drive overheated and had me bouncing around for what felt like an eternity. Looking at my modules wishing I had remembered to bring repair limpets I slowly limped to the generation ship. The warnings from the ghosts from within the doomed vessel hit a little close to home with my ship almost in shambles. I decided to touch down on the planet below to see what resources if any there are to collect and prepare myself better not to met the same fate as the passengers in the ship above.
