Weird pieces of..."concrete?" in the spirograph nebula

So I found something that's odd in a planetary nebula known as the Spirograph nebula. It's not a barnacle or anything but it looks like pieces of concrete sticking up out of the ground. it emits a weird signal on my srv scanner that I haven't seen before. Could another commander come and verify what I'm seeing? I am at BD-12 1172 2 at coordinates -23.1867, -79.0010. Send me a private message before you do, I want to know who to expect. The planet has almost twice earth's gravity so be careful when landing.Unfortunately the images aren't showing up so I'll just have links to them
