Me: Hi Wilfredo, I'm looking to help out with Fortification for Li Yong-Rui, and I've been told you're the man I need to see, is that the case?Wilfredo: That's right Commander! I can supply you with 10 units of Sirius Industrial Equipment. These are just the thing those fortification guys need. If you drop them off at one of the required systems I'm sure they'll be very appreciative!
Me: That's great Wilfredo, thank you. I've got a bit more capacity in my ship though, any chance I could maybe take a few more than 10? Say 600?
Wilfredo: That's amazing Commander, Sirius Corporation thanks you for your support. Unfortunately I'm only supposed to supply 10 units per Commander, every 30 minutes. If you come back in half an hour I can give you 10 more units.
Me: Huh, that doesn't make much sense.
Wilfredo: Tell you what, as I like your enthusiasm, if you can slip me a little sweetener...say 100,000 credits? Then I could "forget" about the 30 minute delay and give you 10 more units.
Me: Hmm, ok, sure, here you go. I can still take a few more units though. Any chance of a something in bulk?
