So begins my fateful journey to explore the mysterious reaches of history. I was just making a few cargo runs, selling off a few thousand units of Painite from my carrier, when the best selling price happened to be at Felice Dock in Meene. After docking a couple of times, I received a message from Ram Tah to come out and explore some mysterious ruins.Needless to say, I was intrigued. Since before I launched my first voyage into the black; I had heard rumors of the existence of a long extinct race with technology far beyond our own. So advanced that they may have been a significant check to the Thargoid menace. Perhaps the only one...
But now here was a lead! From a reputable source! Not some anonymous tip from a random signal bounced through innumerable satellite relays, but a direct outreach from someone I worked with personally! I trust them with my equipment, (and in so doing... my life...) why not a chance to dig into the mysteries of an alien race!?
So today it begins. A journey that promises to be long, fruitful, challenging, and enjoyable.
