Things are starting to get interesting..This entry is from the year 3282 and the last time I saw my father was in 3286. Perhaps soon I will finally find out what happened to him and where he actually went 20 years ago.
Last time my father discovered Thargoid mega-structure on one of the planets in the Pleiades nebula. He and his crewmates did not land on the surface because their team was not complete. They wanted to wait for Monarch first after he had gone to follow a stranger.

Entry #95
February 28 Year 3282
Ship designation: Cobra MkIII Class Vessel - ID: "OR-10N"
Galactic coordinates: 173.3125 / 55.75 / -67.5
System name: Palluvumbo
We were skeptical at first when Monarch returned from a reconnaissance and told us to trust him and head back to the Bubble. He also said that even our great discovery of the Thargoid megastructure could wait, because he was on the trail of something bigger.
Now however it seems that Max really is onto something. Something bigger is happening here, the Palluvumbo Creative Inc. faction is up to something. We don't know what exactly yet, but it's getting interesting. If that proves to be nothing more than a false lead, then perhaps we just missed an opportunity to rebuild our reputation with the discovery of the Thargoids.
