Seeking the Truth #3: Someone is following us

Back to you with new info!

Got to a system where the next entry was supposed to be (NGC 2546 SECTOR ZW-A D14-0). Indeed, the same as in the Atlas system, in this system I also found the mysterious "Anomalous signal" in the navigation panel. It was 5449Ls away from the main sequence star this time (thankfully) and, unlike last time, I found no structural debris at the source. Here's the message I got when I arrived at the signal source:

> Anomalous signal detected
> Bandwidth insufficient

> Adjusting downlink parameters
> Bandwidth secured

> Downlink proceeding
> Loading [Ecnrypted files]...

>>> MATCHING SIGNAL DETECTED: SYNUEFUAE GZ-D D13-19.
> Time Stamp Predates Parameters.
> Approximate time frame: January 18 Year 3290

We're not 100% sure, but we have a feeling that someone is following us. When we hang out at federal starports, the Federation people keep hanging suspiciously close to us. Even outside the stations, the Federation is present, Axe reports that he has been seeing federal agents very often lately.

They probably noticed that we buy a lot of very specific equipment. I told my team not to buy too much of the same material at one and the same station. They must have disobeyed, and if the Federation is actually following us, we're screwed.

> Signal lost

Besides that I found nothing else here. The next signal is to be in the SYNUEFUAE GZ-D D13-19 system.

It turns out that the machine that my father and his crew were building aroused the interest of the Federation. Nothing extraordinary about that though, looking at the previous entry the amount of materials they had to collect to build this machine would interest everyone.

I decided to spend the night in this system. The next one is almost 3000Ly away, so I prefer to get some sleep before continuing my journey.
