"Today has been a great victory for the Company, and the Federation, in Vucub Huan. But it is only the beginning. Following the successful trial of our job creation programme in Sapill, a programme so strongly endorsed by Sapillites in the recent election, we propose to move its focus to Vucub Huan. We must rebuild after the many conflicts here, and the people deserve better than to be treated as an annex to Hodack Prison Colony. Former prisoners here can be rehabilitated. Everyone deserves a future. If we give them that future, I believe they will repay us by helping us reclaim Vucub Huan for the Federation!"
