Almost Done

It has been some time since I logged my trading endeavors. Honestly, they seemed pretty boring. It was much the same day in and day out. Pick up cargo at one station fly to the next and drop it off. Even hunting for the rare trades became fairly routine. I took a while to pick up all of the rare trades in the Space Duck but it is mostly done now. One highlight is that once I closed in on the end of obtaining all freely available rare trades, I got a message saying that Motrona Experience Jelly had become available. Now, any rare trade that is freely available has had at least 1 tonne supplied to The Tavern, home of Alchemist Den in 59 Virginis. Even if the government doesn't want those goods traded there. There are three permit-locked systems that had rare trades, Jotun, Terra Mater, and Crom. These had the needed rare trades but I needed to gain access. These were going to need a greater effort to acquire these rare trades.
Crom Silver Fesh became my first target, so I headed to 69 G. Carinae to curry favor with Crom Silver Boys. This did not prove to be too easy. There were a few simple trade jobs, delivering cargo or sourcing goods for the stations. The hardest tasks though turned out to be a couple of political assassinations. The federation was not too happy when I took out these two politicians but spent time in the nearby prison system afterward. I also may have failed a couple of times which resulted in the nearby federal ships going Duck hunting. I don't know why they let me get close enough to try again, but I eventually succeeded. Sure the Federation wasn't happy with me, but helping out some local factions and they quickly forgot about it and even promoted me to Ensign in the Federal Navy Reserve. After that, the Crom Silver Boys issued me a permit to Crom. I headed straight there, picked up the Crom Silver Fesh, and then went straight back to The Tavern.
I decided that Terra Mater Blood Bores was the next best thing to pick up. So, I made my way back to Hecate to work with the Brotherhood of Terra Mater. These jobs were much easier. Trading, taking cargo somewhere, and sourcing cargo from somewhere else. Managed to do most of them quickly and got my permit in only a few hours. Once again, straight to Terra Mater, picked up Terra Mater Blood Bores, and returned them to The Tavern. They may have been a little illegal there so I had to smuggle them in.
Now for Jotun.
