First Leg

I have stopped and departed from Syreadiae JX-F c0 and the DSSA KTL Frontier Sanctuary already. It took 5 days to do just shy of 4,000 light-years. Another day and I'm now sitting in Hypua Hypoo GM-C c29-0.The area on this first leg through the Formadine Rift was sparse. It is a very lonely stretch of space. Many times there wasn't another star for less than 20Ly. Even the star systems themselves seemed lonely. Many times I would jump into a system with a K star only to find nothing else there, just the star.
Life was present but very little, mainly bacteria. Of 71 systems that I visited so far, only 27 had any life. I'm still fairly new to the xenobiology game, so not sure if this is really sparse or not. But it certainly seemed lonely in the black. There did seem to be a large amount of Stratum tectonicas in this region though. I found 9 examples through this area.
One notable exception to these lonely planets was only a few systems before Syreadiae JX-F c0, which I believe was Pha Aeb OT-U c2-0 where I found 3 planets with life. One of which had 8 species, including Clypeus margaritus which was a new genus for me.
On the plus side, I seem to have gotten my eye in for spotting bacterial colonies from the air. Though, not sure why I still hunt down the acies species.
