The road to rebellion is oftentimes paved with the sacrifice and turmoil of those very people seeking a better tomorrow. After stacking enough cold, dead mercenaries to add my billion in combat credits to the cause of Kuwembaa's liberation (and hopefully several more systems to follow) I ask myself "Was it worth it? Were the hours of butchering these men and women of such courage worthwhile?"... I look at a fresh ELITE III ranking and an extra billion credits in the bank and say "Hell yeah, it was worth it. Each and every one of them were worth the bullet they caught. They knew what they signed up for, and war never changes. Mercenary work's honest work." Every CMDR that came and fell did so with such tenacity and fervor, but fall each and every one did. Several times a stray ship would bombard the fields we'd left littered with millions of the fallen, and several times my launcher found its' target. To those that fought alongside me, a most deserved toast the next we meet, as the Federation has never suffered such a rousing defeat. To those who decided to side with the Federation dogs while turning arms against your brothers and sisters alike, well... You fought incredibly but it was my absolute pleasure to run rampant through your ranks.
May each and every system we've inspired this conflict raise arms with like minds, and may their strikes against the Federation be swift and merciless. May Kuwembaa's newfound independence hold strong, as so many died for it. May the systems soon to revolt need fresh soldiers for the meat grinder, as when they do I know where I'll be. I hope to see the lot of you out there.
