Today was a long and somewhat unexpected day... if you consider the fact that I created my own entertainment because of my inexperience. I'll start over. As usual, I was studying the systems in the cluster and found a pulsating signal on my sensors. A signal in a certain spectrum and with a certain frequency sequence. I adjusted my route through the stars according to this signal, and it turned out to be a neutron star. A neutron star in a Droja SB-J d10-105 system, and I'm the discoverer. It's beautiful, isn't it?
The expedition's plans do not include exploring the "Droja" sector, but since this is my first discovery, why not consider it in more detail, I decided. I may not have correctly calculated the mass of the star at the time, most likely because I was very excited about this discovery. As soon as I realized that I might be attracted to the neutron star, I abruptly changed course and hit jetta. My ship is badly overheated, the engines have failed... I got out of there by a miracle, if not for the thermal catapults, maybe I wouldn't have got out. I had to return to the carrier ship, using a safe route, using small jumps between the stars. CMDR Nekko of our faction Small Laniakea saved me and my ship that day. He helped me fix the ship with the drones so that I could return to the mother ship and make a full repair. It looks like I'll be spending the next few days repairing my ship. Damn it. CMDR Nekko earned a Lavian brandy from me. We should definitely mention this when we are at home in Caspiat.
