The campaign in Cubeo is taking a turn for the expensive. Without the proper back-up of my buddy CMDR FlyingWarfox, I've lost, once more, my Clipper at the siege of Metcalf Keep. 2 frigging millions in rebuys so I've just parked it on Chelomey Orbital, sold the missile rack and sold the A shield, just to have enough cash.I'm making some classified trade runs for factions closer to Achenar, and when I'm appointed Lord I guess I'll be back in action, refit the rebought Atlantis-III and try the assault once more. I've sure got the attention of the Imperial Auxiliary Navy since I'm backing up the Marquis, y'know.
It's still a long way, but since work has been taking me to Tepertsi, some times, I have a good mind of claiming a title for one of the small settlements if the navy ever promotes me to Baron. Still a long shot to get there, sadly, but we're on the road.
